Refund policy
Consumers have a minimum 30-day right of withdrawal unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, if your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return policies by brand:
"Venturia": 60-day right of withdrawal. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us their name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificate.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be issued
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.
Offer items
Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are not eligible for refund.
Exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the contract, the payment will be refunded to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of the revocation of this contract was received. For this repayment, the same means of payment will be used that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. Adventurebuddy may refuse repayment until the goods have been received back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned. You must return the goods to Adventurebuddy immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you informed about the cancellation of this contract.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. Unfree returns cannot be accepted.
Availability of the goods and possible delay in delivery
Our online store is linked to a logistics software, so we are able to remove items that are no longer available from the program or mark them as such. Our stock level is continuously checked in short time intervals. Nevertheless, in exceptional cases, unfortunately, errors in stock levels, delays in delivery or unavailability of the desired goods may occur. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries or in exceptional cases (eg: in case of unavailability) to withdraw from the contract.
