Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information thus generated is transferred to Google's server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your data will therefore only be processed if you have given us your consent to do so

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

User data is retained for a period of 14 months.

DATA STORAGE VIA OUR ONLINESHOP
For the purpose of contract processing, the following data will be stored by us: Salutation, first and last name, address, e-mail address and optionally entered data of the user (company name, address details, telephone number). The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

 

REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
Users of our webshop can optionally create a user account. During the registration process, we provide users with the required information (mandatory and optional fields). We use the data entered during registration for the purpose of using our offer. Users may be informed about information relevant to the offer or registration, for example changes to the scope of the offer or technical updates, by e-mail.

In the event that users terminate their user account, their data will be deleted from this account; an exception to this is data whose retention is necessary for reasons of commercial or tax law in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. The possible backup of data in the event of termination before the end of the contract is the responsibility of the user. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the term of the contract.

Both on the basis of our legitimate interests and on the basis of user interests in protection against misuse and other unauthorized use, we store the IP address and the time of the respective action by the user when a user uses our registration and login function in connection with his user account. The IP addresses are anonymized or deleted after 7 days at the latest.

As a matter of principle, we do not pass the data on to third parties; an exception to this are situations in which we have to pursue our claims or in which we have to comply with legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

 

GOOGLE-RE/MARKETING-SERVICES
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Therefore, we use the marketing and remarketing services (in short "Google marketing services") of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, ("Google").

With the help of Google's marketing services, we can display advertisements for and on our website in such a targeted manner as to present users with only those ads that potentially reflect their interests. For this purpose, Google executes a code and uses so-called (re-)marketing tags, with the help of which an individual cookie is stored in the user's browser. For the use of cookies, see above.

The information collected may also be combined by Google with such information from other sources. If the user subsequently visits other websites, he can be shown ads tailored to his interests.

In addition, Google Analytics collects the IP address of the user, but immediately pseudonymizes it (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible anymore, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specific person, but for the cookie holder, regardless of who this cookie holder is. Of course, this does not apply if a user has explicitly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected about users by Google marketing services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA. The user's IP address is not merged with the user's data within other Google offerings.

 

Google AdSense
This offer uses Google AdSense, a service for embedding advertisements of Google Inc ("Google"). Google AdSense uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics).
